CARDIO COMBO (Beginner -- Advanced)
No boring routines here! The class focuses on cardio using but not limited to the step, kickboxing and hi-lo aerobics. Sculpting with light weights, bands, bars and physio balls will complete the workout.
CORE (Beginning – Advanced)
Sculpt and tone those core muscles, especially the abs!
C.R.T. aka CARDIO RESISTANCE TRAINING (Beginning -- Advanced)
This class is the complete package; cardio and strength. With hand weights, physio balls, the bosu, step and body bar intermixed with some hi-lo aerobic work, it is a total body workout!
FX YOGA (Beginner – Advanced)
Functional yoga is a great way to incorporate the muscles used in everyday movement!
Lengthen, strengthen and relax in this session.
PILATES (Beginner – Advanced)
This is a mat class designed to improve your core strength, flexibility and balance.
PIYO (Beginner – Advanced)
The best of both worlds: the flexibility and relaxation of yoga with the core strength of Pilates.
PUMP (Beginner – Advanced)
This is a splendid way to work all your muscle groups. Using bands, weights, bars and the steps, the time will fly.
SPIN (Beginner – Advanced)
Join the fun! Indoor cycling is the latest craze and you will soon see why! With great
music and knowledgeable instructors, the beginning cyclist and seasoned veteran can enjoy a great cardiovascular workout. BRING YOUR WATER BOTTLE AND A TOWEL!
STEP (Beginner – Advanced)
Step up your cardio workout with this fun and choreographed class. If new to step, you’ll pick it up in no time!
STEP & SCULPT (Beginner – Advanced)
Step it up a notch by adding some sculpting to complete your morning workout! The first 35-40 minutes of class is Step with Sculpting to complete your workout.
TRI YOGA (Beginner –Advanced) Leave your cares outside the exercise room as you come in and unwind from your week with this relaxing and gentle yoga session.
ZUMBA (Beginner – Advanced)
It’s here!!! Zumba combines high energy Latin and International Music with body sculpting moves and easy to follow dance steps. Zumba is a fun and “feel good” workout. Give Zumba a try and dance your way to better health! |
