CARDIO RESISTANCE TRAINING (C.R.T.)
No boring routines here! This class has it all…….getting the heart rate up with kickboxing, the step and hi-lo aerobic moves then adding resistance with light weights, bands, physio balls and body bars to complete the workout!

Cardio KICKBOXING is aerobic exercise with a martial arts flare……..PERFECT for men and women as you have fun losing weight, toning muscles and improving balance and agility.
