New Member Fitness Assessment

- Goal Assessment - Discussing realistic goal setting with a trainer will allow us to help you determine what you can accomplish in your time frame.
- Needs Analysis - We can help you determine if you have any areas of special concern we may be able to help with like weight loss, injuries, flexibility, etc.
- Par Q & HHQ - We will have you fill out the typical health history questionnaire to see if there are any areas of precaution we need to be aware of when helping you meet your goals.
- Body Comp Vitals & measurements - We will take baseline measurements of heart rate and blood pressure to determine your fitness level and your ability to carry out the functions needed to accomplish your goals. Then we use the best method for determining realistic weight loss goals. We can do tape measurements and/or caliper testing to determine your lean body mass which will tell us your fat mass and what amount of fat you can safely and efficiently lose.
- Static Posture Analysis - We will do a unique tri-city Fitness static posture analysis using our wall grid to see if you have any postural deficiencies. With the analysis we can see improvement down the road from proper exercise prescription.
- Movement Screen - We will also have you perform some very easy movement patterns as we look for any compensations in those patterns such as your knees pinching together as you squat to sit.
- Program Design and Explanation - Finally we will also provide you with a workout template you can follow for the next 2 - 4 weeks that will be individualized to you, your goals, your movement screen and postural analysis.
