Fitness Assessment
Do you have chronic ailments? IT band syndrome, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, shoulder tightness, even back pain? This 60-minute assessment is great for anyone who is suffering from the above ailments or athletes who
would like to improve their athletic performance, speed and efficiency. This service is highly recommended for runners, tri-athletes and anyone wishing to gain a better understanding of their mechanics and get an individualized exercise prescription. This analysis includes muscle imbalance and flexibility testing, posture analysis, stretching and strengthening protocols, video viewing of your movement patterns and a take-home summary sheet. Athlete Development Program

game by improving your strength, power, flexibility, agility and vertical jump. This program's unique design of stability, strength and power is not only concentrated on athleticism, but also builds off the
