• Youth (ages 9 – 14) Fitness Hours: Mon – Fri 5am – 8:00pm*
*must be off cardio at 7:30p

Children ages 9 – 14 are NOT allowed in the gym without an adult.
• Children ages 9 – 12 need to be with an adult at all times and are not allowed in the machine area or free weight area of the gym. Youth Certification class is also REQUIRED before being allowed to work out in the gym.
• Children ages 13 – 14 are allowed in the machine area of the gym but only with an adult and AFTER Youth Certification class which is REQUIRED before being allowed to work out in the gym. They are NOT allowed in the free weight area of the gym unless with a personal trainer.
• Children 15 – 17 can train in all areas of the gym without an adult AFTER their Fitness Assessment.
• ANY ABUSE of this privilege will result in LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP
